If this seems like your situation, don't worry yourself just yet. People immediately think that because they were refused credit before that it means their credit score is absolutely terrible, and this isnt always the case.
An example of that experience is where i was hunting high and low for car loans for poor credit rating. This information was fantastic, as once you fully understand the type of info is held about you, your in a better stance to understand anything that may be on there that isnt true.
Immediately upon receiving my file, i caught sight of something very wrong.I had received a loan a long time ago, and although it was paid back in full, what was on my credit file was entirely different. I immediately got in contact with the company and began telling them about the error. Upon providing proof that i had paid back the loan, the organisation quickly fixed the data, and through communication with myself and the organisations that stored the credit information, my credit file quickly returned to where it was.
The overall point is, on my journey to find auto loans for people with bad credit,i had also learned all about the data stored against me, and was better equipped to deal with discrepencies that were within it. I would strongly suggest that those suffering the same to do what ive done.
